This past weekend I picked up bike trainer I can use during the winter.  I finally got it set up and rode on it for the first time today.  20mph average.

I swam with my brother Mike today.  For a few laps we followed each other and got the feel of drafting off of each other.  I did notice there was less effort that was needed to swim at the same speed.
