My foot is still feeling good, no pains in todays run. The swim was a long base interval which went well.

Yes, I'm ready and excited for this weekend. To tell you the truth I'm most anxious about the run portion. I've got to meter the wattage approprately on the bike to have legs left for the run.
I'll watch for you at aid station #6. Tyler Shepherd, my brother-in-law, is also wanting to volunteer at an aid station on the run course. I hope he does.
I'll be wearing black tri bottoms and a red tri top with bright orange and red Brooks Launch shoes and a white running hat. Hope to see you there.
